When an Agent Updates a Questionnaire via the CRM

When an agent accesses a client’s profile in the CRM, the system retrieves the latest questionnaire from the Verification Center. The Verification Center retrieves information from its local database and synchronizes with the Verification Provider to ensure the data is current. If an application does not exist for the client in the Verification Provider, a new one is initiated.

Key Details

  • The questionnaire structure is provided by the third-party verification service and is cached for up to 1 hour. As a result, structural changes may take up to an hour to reflect in the CRM.
  • Once an agent saves the questionnaire, the updated responses are forwarded to the Verification Center and subsequently to the Verification Provider.
  • If the client is not currently eligible to complete the questionnaire, the update may not be accepted immediately by the Verification Provider. Nonetheless, the Verification Center stores the data and attempts the update later.

When a Client Updates a Questionnaire via the Verification Center Portal

When a client updates their questionnaire through the Verification Center portal, the changes are recorded in the Verification Center’s database. These updates become available to the CRM once the verification level is dispositioned.

Key Details

  • The CRM reflects updates only after the verification level is finalized.
  • Automatic synchronization is not supported when only the questionnaire is updated. The updates are incorporated once the verification process is complete.

Completion and Scoring

Completion

A questionnaire is considered complete when all required fields have been correctly filled in. The rules for determining completion are defined by the Verification Provider.

Scoring

The score provided by the Verification Provider reflects the client’s overall risk level. This score is recorded in the CRM when the questionnaire is saved.

Key Details

  • The score is determined solely by the Verification Provider and cannot be modified by agents.
  • Completion and scoring are updated in the CRM only when the questionnaire is saved by an agent.

Important Note!

A request is pending to enable the Verification Center to trigger CRM updates automatically, but this feature is not yet available.
